Yoga

We offer a variety of styles and levels of yoga

Hot Yoga

  • Dynamic, breath-to-movement practice
  • Set to infrared heat (~95°F) for deeper detox and muscle release
  • Best for yogis who enjoy a sweaty, challenging flow
  • 60 minute and 75 minute classes

Non-Hot Yoga

  • Vinyasa-based class for all levels
  • Options offered for both beginners and experienced yogis
  • Best for those who want a balanced, mindful practice
  • 60 minute and 75 minute classes

Intro

  • Foundational poses, breath work, and alignment
  • Slower pace, lots of guidance
  • Best for new students or anyone seeking a refresher
  • 60 minute classes

Hot Intro

  • A welcoming introduction to practicing in infrared heat (~90–95°F)
  • Slower-paced flow with clear guidance and modifications
  • Best for students new to hot yoga or wanting a gentler heated experience
  • 60 minute classes

Kids Yoga

  • Ages 5-9 years old
  • Playful, engaging introduction to yoga through movement, breath, and games
  • Builds focus, confidence, and mindfulness in a fun environment
  • Best for young children discovering yoga for the first time
  • 45 minute classes


Barre

Full-body workout blending Pilates, ballet, and strength training

  • Focuses on posture, core strength, and sculpting small muscle groups
  • Best for: anyone looking to tone, strengthen, and energize without heat
